How much do you sweat in the sauna?

Interestingly, not all of our clients sweat a huge amount during a session. The timing will vary from person to person and from day to day, and some people sweat more easily than others.
It’s very common for people not to start sweating for the first 15 to 20 minutes. For some people, it may take several sessions for the infrared heat to begin the sweating process. Everyone is different.
Most importantly, stay hydrated no matter the amount of sweat! 💦
