🌿 SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – SIL Home | Little Mountain / Sippy Downs 🌿

Enriched Lifestyle Services is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home currently located in Little Mountain, which will soon be relocating to Sippy Downs.

We are looking for support workers who are:

✔ Open-minded and respectful
✔ Comfortable supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community
✔ Confident supporting participants living with mental health challenges
✔ Calm, empathetic and able to build genuine rapport
✔ Available for sleepover shifts (female support only)

Experience in disability support and/or mental health support is highly regarded, however the right attitude and values are equally important.

This role will include:

• Community access and social support
• Assistance with daily living
• Emotional support and encouragement
• Supporting participants to build independence and confidence
• Working within a shared living (SIL) environment
• Sleepover shifts

Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Reliable, respectful and professional approach

• Availability for sleepover shifts (female support only)

Enriched Lifestyle Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Support Worker to assist a 9-year-old Down Syndrome boy in Sippy Downs.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with children and is comfortable supporting a very active, energetic participant.

Shift Details:
📍 Sippy Downs
🕘 Monday & Thursday
⏰ 9:00am – 1:00pm

Essential:
• Experience supporting children or young people with disability
• NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow card)
• Working with Children Check (Blue card)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Energetic, patient and engaging personality
