Hiring - Occupational Therapist | Speech Pathologist
Are you a Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist looking for a role where you are supported to not only survive in the NDIS, but thrive?
Lodestar Therapy is a values-led organisation committed to creating roles that genuinely align with the therapists within them.
🌟 About Lodestar Therapy
We are a Sunshine Coast based practice known for delivering high-quality allied health therapy services to both children and adults through the NDIS, across clinic and community settings. Our work is grounded in neuroaffirming and family-centred practice, with a team culture focused on collaboration, clinical integrity, lifelong learning, and shared commitment to both supporting both participants and each other.
Founded and operated by an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience in community and disability, and live experience of neurodiversity, we understand both the rewards and challenges of clinical practice. We recognise that each clinician brings their own strengths, interests, and life context, where we take the time to understand what matters to you and work collaboratively to shape roles that are both professionally fulfilling and sustainable.
This may involve supporting you to pursue a path to build expertise and specialist skills within a chosen area of practice, or creating opportunities for expanding one's skills and experience to develop a more diverse scope of practice. You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, where your input is valued and your role can be shaped to align with the things that matter to you the most.
