As a support coordinator for clients on the NDIS, I find deep inspiration in witnessing the resilience of the individuals and families I work with. It’s a profound privilege to support them on their journey, and I’m continually humbled by their strength and determination. Their gratitude means the world to me, yet I’m acutely aware that I learn invaluable lessons from them every single day.
