Just a tiny bit of our Weekend sooo much more to tell you all...
But for now....
Omgoodness What just happened 🥰😍
So many emotions after my first ever Full Weekend Retreat ❤️😭😍 I'm wrecked and cannot wait to sleep tonight lol.

Beyond what I dreamt though.
The Women. The facilitators. The vision.
What each of the 8 Women got from this experience is just heart exploding with gratitude ❤️💥

I cried so much at our closing circle this morning and during yoga watching and hearing these beautiful women, theirs stories, their shifts, their take homes 🥰🥰🥰

We did it. Together 🙏

Connection flowed. Emotions accepted. Joy bought into our hearts & something words do not describe when Women gather and do the deeper work on themselves together but also to allow time to stop the doing. 🥰
Allowing the joy after the lows.
Allowing the discomfort to be in comfort.

Every single Women was there for a reason that bought us together for one amazing weekend!

Can we do it again?

I'm so beyond excited to welcome 8 beautiful Women to the Retreat space today!
It's so close to home but feels so far away down a long winding driveway 😍

A Retreat has sat in my heart for 5years.
To bring deeper relaxation, fun, joy, connection and do much more then words can describe.

Here I will bring to life Power Within.
Even when we don't feel powerful, and the world feels like it's falling down on us.
We find the sparks 🔥
We come home to ourselves again.
We move forward with new clarity or insights as we leave the Retreat. 🌿
