Eating for Health is different. And once you experience it, you’ll wonder why no one told you sooner.

It’s sustainable, ridiculously simple and the (not so secret) secret to many of my clients success 💃✨

There is something so special about being in a room full of women who are ready to talk honestly about their health and that’s exactly what happened last night at the Sage Awakening’s event.

If you were in the room, thank you. It was a beautiful night.

And if you weren’t, but this resonated, this is your sign to reach out, get some support and fill your cup 💃✨

Nourishing Yourself Through Connection - For many women in midlife, connection becomes something deeper than social. It becomes a way of supporting your emotional, mental, physical—and even spiritual wellbeing. It may be a conversation that feels easy, a sense of being understood, or a space where you can simply be yourself.

This is the kind of connection that restores you. Sometimes all it takes is to step into that space where it's already waiting.

Next week, I'll be holding the Sage Awakenings Circle for Women, in Marcoola.
Tuesday 12th May, 6-8pm.

This month our special guest is Jacqui Shears, sharing the importance of nourishing your body, mind, and energy; and how food can improve your mood and over all wellbeing - something that becomes even more meaningful as you honour your own needs.

Following Mother’s Day, this is a beautiful time to prioritise yourself. To pause, connect, and receive.

You are very welcome to join us. If you are interested, just send me a message saying: Interested in the Sage Awakenings Circle, and I'll send you the details.

I’m not here to tell you peptides are good or bad, right or wrong for you. I’m genuinely not sure that’s even a useful framing. What I am here to do is encourage you to ask better questions before you decide.

Have you invested in your foundations first? Do you understand why you’re drawn to a particular peptide — is it based on your own research and a specific need, or is it the algorithm talking? Have you consulted with someone who can assess your individual picture?

And perhaps most importantly — what does your body actually need right now?

I’d love to hear your thoughts 💃✨

Migraines, mood swings and fluid retention before your cycle that has you reaching for your 'comfy pants'. Or worse, needing a day off??

If you've been living with these and told it's "just your hormones" or "just your normal" — I'd like to gently challenge that notion.

Because this story is all to familiar for the women I work with. Many of whom were already doing the right things when we met. Eating well, exercising, sleeping 7-8 hours a night. Yet they were still exhausted, and feeling like their body was working against them.

And that's because it was. Kind of. Because what nobody told them (or you) was:

It's not just your hormones. It's your biology responding to the foods you eat every day. And even healthy food isn't always the "right food" for your body.

And the food you eat is key to unlocking that vibrant, best version of yourself.

Take my client Emma.

She came to me for weight loss support, already strength training 5x a week and eating high-protein, low-carb. Her pathology showed elevated insulin and liver enzymes, low Vitamin D and Iron — a story her symptoms had been telling for months.

Other practitioners had given her supplements and dietary tweaks. But nobody had looked at what she was actually eating, OR shown her how the right foods could shift all of it.

So that's what we did. No overhaul. No restriction. Just strategic, personalised changes to support her blood sugar and give her body what it was missing.

Within 3 weeks:
✔ Lost 2.8kg and 3cm off her waist
✔ Energy increased noticeably
✔ Appetite and cravings had reduced
✔ Felt calmer and more like herself every day
Same woman. Same life. Just food that finally worked with her biology.

If you're ready to understand what's really driving your symptoms — and how food can be the solution, not just another thing to stress about — I'd love to help show you what's possible.

Morning movement. Fresh air. Watching the sunrise. Complete with a nourishing breakfast before the world gets loud.

My non-negotiables because I know how much better I feel when I make the effort.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up for yourself before everything else demands your attention.

Some mornings I’m bouncing out of bed at 5am. Others, I’d rather stay tucked under the covers.

But I go anyway (even if only for a boardwalk bumble) because how I feel afterwards is always worth it 💃✨
