I support both men & women and provide Individual and Couple Therapy. This is counselling with a difference - we dive deep, we don't just talk, we address all areas of our being - we do the work. I have a background in Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Trauma counselling and have worked with people from the age of 5 up. I am a qualified Counsellor, Reiki and Access Bars Practitioner and have received training and mentoring in many more areas, most importantly, I have the powerfully integrated experience of life itself! I also support women with perinatal mental health concerns and pregnancy grief & loss to come back into relationship with their sacred feminine essence, so they may listen to, and heal their precious womb space.
