We are a creative enterprise for people with a disability or mental illness to express themselves and contribute to their local community. Our goal is to provide a safe and productive space for people to enjoy regular workshops with the hope that they can eventually make their own money and contribute someway to the community. Workshops include but not limited to; Theatre classes, woodwork, Art, c
ooking, job interview preparation, friendship events, fitness classes, yoga/meditation, music therapy, printmaking, small business training, work experience, art exhibitions, furniture restoration, candle-making, fashion design, sewing, ceramics, social events and upcycling / repurposing items to reduce landfill and negative effects on the environment.
