Grease is the Word! 🎭
What started as a theatre session has turned into one of the biggest and boldest things TAC has ever done.
This December, Grease is taking over Mountain Creek State High School’s Performing Arts Theatre for two shows - bringing together music, dancing, friendship, confidence, and a whole lot of fun in a fully inclusive community production.
Created through TAC’s StageAbility program, the show has grown from a small idea into something truly special. Cast members have been rehearsing twice a week at Meridan Community Church, learning choreography, building performance skills, making friendships, and stepping outside their comfort zones in the best possible way.
For many performers, this is their first time being part of a full-scale musical production — and the excitement is contagious.
From singing and acting to backstage laughs and dance rehearsals, Grease has become so much more than a show. It’s become a space where people feel confident, included, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
Grease hits Mountain Creek State High School’s Performing Arts Theatre on Saturday 5th December at 6pm, and Sunday 6th December at 1pm, and trust us - you won’t want to miss it.
