First week in has been wonderful ! The team are always wanting to make things as easy as possible and for the client to have the best and most professional experience.

Thank for your love and dedication to provide such a healing space. I’m sad to be leaving as it has been a special chapter here over the last year or so since returning after our time away.

Thank you to and for your attention to detail and always wanting to make sure things ran smoothly for our clients. And a big thank you to for sharing the space with me. Your love and matriculate care for the plants and general zen zone has been incredible to work in.

It’s time to move on into the next chapter with . I’m really looking forward to this new beginning, working along side highly experience practitioners, collaborating, and herding out of pathology and clinical presentations.

This Wednesday the 1st October is my last day here and I have a few AM appointments left if anyone would like their last session in what feels like will be a very memorable place in my heart.

So much love to my clients for being with me in this space. May we continue to work together in this exciting next chapter!

Keep coming back to this book. Thank you Zhao & Kinosh*ta for the wisdom and simple foundation ways of being TCM. Living within the polarity of Yin and Yang ☯️ Qi and Blood 🩸 5 seasons,
Menstruation and connecting to our cycle, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum care support makes life so much more purposeful.

Understanding motherhood through the perspective of a blended with TCM makes so much more sense.

Less “push through” less “should’s” and more just being with what is and allowing the natural unfolding and working with what you do have with in your constitution rather then trying to fit into the patriarchal systems we know don’t really work for anyone!!!!

Because- matters, matters matters matters ❤️ it all MATTERS!!!

In traditional Chinese medicine menopause is revered as the Second Spring - a time for renewal, transformation, & liberation. Just as the First Spring marks the beginning of fertility and menstruation, the Second Spring signals the completion of the reproductive cycle, offering a woman the space to redirect her energy inward.

TCM encourages us to embrace this transition as a time to restore balance, replenish our Qi and deepen our wisdom.

As I am on this trajectory I’d like to share more through workshops events and circles.
