Kindness goes a long way...

I learnt many years ago from "The 4 Agreements". A book by Don Miguel Ruiz to be Impeccable.

To me, this meant being kind even to those who were abusing me. Because then I knew in my heart definitively that I did nothing wrong especially when the gaslighting and blame came up yet again for the millionth time.

My kindness became my sword.

My strength.

It re-built my self-confidence, sense of self, self belief.

If you focus on only one thing today... focus on being kind...

And start with yourself!

Early morning sunrise.

Winter is nearly here.

I love sitting on my balcony in the mornings writing my 3 morning pages.

Its the favourite time of the day.

Especially when I get out here early enough and its still dark.

I am so grateful for our home and my life.

Life is good when we allow and believe.

There are so many crises happening around the world at the moment - it can sometimes be a challenge to hold the higher vibrational Authentic Love energy.

But that is our purpose - hold the High Vibration - the Love...

If we don't do it, who will?

By holding the Love Energy we will all rise.

The crises are happening as part of the cleansing of humanity.

Keep believing in the truth.

Hold faith.

We will get through this.

It is our job to hold the Light and stay in Love Energy.

We are in a global battle.

But its not a physical battle.

Its a battle of breaking down the old and bringing in the new.

The old is a global society of fear mongering the new is based on Love - and Peace.

So the battle is overcoming the fear.

This is an inner battle as much as it is external.

Choose Love. Choose Peace.

Why does your energy feel off at the moment?

There are a lot of big energies around at the moment as we prepare for the year of the Horse. The theme this year is authenticity and fully remembering all that we are. So to get to the place where this can happen, a lot must also fall away. And not just for individuals but also society in general.

For humans, as a collective, to move forward, the old needs to fall away completely.

There are those that think they can stop this, and those that aren't ready, and certainly those who don't want the truth to be revealed. So some resistance and turbulence is also at play.

Our jobs as human beings, our purpose, is to be all that we are. This a a subtle stance of being fully grounded - coming home to your human-ness, being present, holding Love and Peace in our hearts. Honouring ourselves and all beings. Embodying our Soul.

Your spiritual teacher should not be wanting to always be teaching you.

They should be wanting to teach you to be so deeply connected to your Self that you can then come to hear and understand your own inner wisdom. And then you won't need spiritual help from others because you will with your Self moment to moment, listening to your own Inner Guidance.

Its time for you to get started on becoming present in the moment and re-connecting to your Self and your Soul and trusting your inner wisdom.
