My name is Louise Bastos and I’m a creative workshops facilitator. I'm Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist and Counsellor (HICAT). I use art as a healing tool for you to feel more connected and relaxed: mentally, emotionally and physically. I have been involved in the arts my whole life. In 2020, I started working with mindful arts & crafts workshops and have already helped dozens of peopl

e to connect with their creativity. I’m also a resident artist at a famous Sip N’ Paint studio in Noosa, teaching painting classes to hundreds of guests monthly. I'm a creative soul that loves connecting with people and I believe in exploring creativity in a holistic way. I welcome everyone to my art healing space, and I am proud to offer a safe environment for people with different backgrounds. I’m looking forward to meeting you and celebrating creativity together, schedule for sessions will be opening soon, stay tuned. I facilitate sessions in English and Portuguese, whatever works better for you.

Take me back to La Dolce Vita per favore 🤌🏽😭 Post-holiday blues are hitting me hard, especially with these wet days on the Sunshine Coast 🙃 I need either a ticket back to Italy or some sunny days on my skin — is that too much to ask?

Rome was absolutely mind-blowing, and even though the city is packed with tourists, it’s absolutely stunning and so impressive — the history, the art, the architecture… not to mention the food. Offff 😮‍💨 I could spend a whole month there just experiencing the culture. Love, love, LOVE!!!! 🇮🇹❤️

I needed a break! I needed to disconnect and explore new things 〰️ Switching off the analytical mind and let curiosity take place was the best thing I could do for myself 〰️Coming back home full of inspiration and with a full heart to spend so many wholesome moments with my family.
