Yoga has taught me that healing isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about coming home to who we already are.

We learn to let go of judgement and embrace acceptance. To honour ourselves as souls having this beautiful, messy, human experience.

Whatever you are feeling is natural. Your emotions make sense within the circumstances you have been given. You don’t have to judge yourself for feeling.

Stop judging. Start loving. 🤍

You are more than your emotions.
You are more than this moment.
There is a deeper, wiser part of you that remains whole beneath it all.

I feel you.
I hear you.
