Today we explored the riverside it was so beautiful, calming and refreshing! The kids got very creative and managed to create a wild jungle on top of their bodyboard, collecting sticks, sand, rocks, greenery and much more.
The ocean has many benefits! It can improve mental health, reduce stress, and provide opportunities for physical activity like swimming and surfing. Plus, the sound of the waves can be really soothing! 🌊😊

The challenge kicked off yesterday and has officially begun!

Yesterday surfers around the globe begin surfing together for the month of September, all to make a difference for .

I’m taking on the 30-day surf challenge to support families in places like the Mentawai Islands to access basic services like clean water, healthcare and food security.

The importance of connecting with clients through mind, body and soul. The scent of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the distinct smell of salty air with the sun beaming down on your back. This creates a soothing effect that promotes anxiety reduction. Riding the waves empowers the body, increases heart rate and blood pressure. It releases adrenaline and endorphins that makes your body feel very alive.
A wonderful remedy for mental health. This is why I love my job 🤍
