I love being asked to create a yoga lesson around what the children are currently learning about in kindy.
Last week at currimundi the children excitedly asked me to look at their tadpoles in their fish tank . The children gazed with awe at the life cycle of growth and transformation that was happening right before their eyes .

So of course I can add to this process of learning through an embodied yoga session where we can explore each stage of frog life and have some fun and games as we become frogs 🐸
