If you've been the high achieving, masking female for as long as you can remember- this one's for you!

Have you been to therapy before and said all of the 'right' things, worked really hard (and verged on burnout) to show your therapist your an A grade client?

Many women (shaped by their early years) are people pleasing all over the place because that's what they learnt and that's what was reinforced by 'authority' figures.

If you're almost fearful of beginning therapy again, only to mask your way through it, you've come to the right place.

We have open, honest conversations about the real experience of masking females.

This is a safe place where you can learn to un-mask at a rate that feels safe for your nervous system, in a supportive, caring space.

Counselling & Mentoring done differently- for your Neurodivergent self!

Ever feel like you’re hiding your true self just to hold it all together?

This one’s for you 👇🏽

Masking and "efforting" can lead to burnout for neurodivergent mums. Learn how unmasking supports balance, identity, and emotional well-being in motherhood.

To the neurodivergent mums who feel like they’re constantly masking, holding it all together, and wondering if they’re “too sensitive,” “too disorganised,” or “too intense”…

You’re not too much or too little.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed. Burnt out even.

Maybe your inner critic never shuts off and you just need someone to talk to, to get things out of your head, make sense of them and move forward.

You are enough. You don’t have to do it alone.

I’m here to support neurodivergent women and mums who want to move from burnout and overwhelm to clarity, self-compassion, and feel regulated.

Whether you’re professionally diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring, you’re welcome here, I created this space for you.

If it feels like you’re carrying a lot right now, be gentle with yourself.

You wont increase your capacity by beating yourself up, raising the bar higher or expecting more from yourself when you’re already overwhelmed.

Capacity grows through compassion, kindness, rest, understanding, and love toward yourself.

So many of us were taught that pressure creates growth but usually it just creates exhaustion.

What if the way forward isn’t harder?
What if it’s softer?

Speak to yourself with the same care you give to others.

Let yourself be human.

It might not feel familiar. It might even feel uncomfortable at first.

You deserve your own love too.
