RecCare is 6ļøā£!
Itās hard to believe that 6 years ago (and a couple of days), I started on the recCare journey. And what a journey it has been!
2010 was a big year in many ways. But for me it was a redundancy, a break, rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul, a pivot, back to school and then recCare was born š
Of course, it is fantastic to see the growth in individuals who I support. Or to be able to assist during the tough times. Or provide opportunities that may not necessarily happen easily. Or to make connections. Or to hear of the difference I can make with families. The list goes onā¦
But sometimes it is the little gems that make this privilege really rewarding. Like when a client and I went to a concert earlier this year and they suggested that it was āthe happiest they have ever beenā. Or when a doctor saw the connection between a client and I and suggested that we āmust have worked together for quite a whileā. Or the compliments from clients or their families. Or even strangers. Or simply the many laughs we shareā¦

To my current clients and their families. To my past clients and families. To all those that have supported along the way. To someone special out there who was the catalyst of the pivot. And of course, my wife and family for your ongoing support and respect for what I do. Thank you š
