The Masters group enjoyed a fun day out at the clubhouse in Maroochydore, coming together for a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon of darts and friendly competition.

It was a great setting for everyone to unwind, share a few laughs, and enjoy some light-hearted rivalry away from the usual routine. The atmosphere was welcoming and social, making it a really enjoyable group outing for all involved.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make it a great day. Looking forward to the next get-together.

Are recent changes in the NDIS affecting your supports, or the supports of your friends and family?

Across the sector, updates to the NDIS have placed greater focus on compliance, registration, and service delivery standards. As a result, many participants who have previously accessed supports through unregistered providers may notice changes to the availability, consistency, or continuation of those services.

If your current supports are being impacted, or you’re unsure about what these changes mean for you, SCILS is here to help.

We are a registered NDIS provider based on the Sunshine Coast, offering a wide range of personalised supports tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. Our approach is grounded in working closely with participants, families, and support networks to ensure services are safe, reliable, and delivered with care and professionalism.

Whether you are looking to transition from an unregistered provider or simply explore your options, our team is here to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

Our Masters Group recently enjoyed a wonderful day out at the Mooloolaba Bowls Club. ☀️

The group took part in a friendly game of bowls, sharing plenty of laughs while building confidence, connection, and teamwork. It was a great opportunity to stay active and engage with the local community in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Experiences like these highlight the importance of social connection and meaningful participation for the people we support.

Our Holiday Program Social Groups are all about connection, community, and creating meaningful experiences and today was a perfect example.

We headed over to Bribie Island for a day filled with laughter, friendly competition on the mini golf course, and a classic fish and chips lunch by the water. It’s these shared moments that build confidence, independence, and genuine social connection for the people we support.

At the heart of what we do is creating inclusive opportunities for individuals to get out, try new things, and feel part of their community in a supportive and engaging environment.

If you’re looking for a welcoming, community-focused service that puts people first, our social groups are a great place to start.
