One of the conversations I had this week during the 10 Day Cellular Reset was with someone who felt like they had “failed” because they had a day that didn’t go to plan.
Life happened.

How did you feel?
How was your energy?
Your digestion?
Your sleep?
Your mood?
Because there is no failure in gathering information.
The magic happens when we learn from it and use it to make our next decision.
Progress isn’t perfection.
