Funnily enough, more is not always better with Motion Potion.
For people who have a tendency towards constipation, we recommend just 1 heaped teaspoon (3-4caps) per day, followed by a big drink of water.

Those who experience very loose stools can take quite a bit more than this. It will add bulk to the loose stools and slow the digestive transit time.

More info on this can be found on our FAQs page on our website.

Motion Potion to the rescue!
We recommend starting slowly, especially if you haven't pooped in days or have used laxatives long-term.
We recommend starting slow, especially if you haven't pooped in days or have used laxatives long-term.

Adding lots of fibre into an already blocked-up system can cause discomfort, so it's a good idea to take it slow.

Make sure you drink plenty of water and slowly increase the amount of Motion Potion to 1 teaspoon per day, and we'll have you doing fluffy floaties in no time!
