August Women's Wisdom Circle -- Coming Into Alignment

Closing the gap between what we deeply value and how we live our lives.

Sometimes, when we see that gap clearly, there are feelings there.

Sadness for what we've postponed.
Grief for what we've outgrown.
Relief in finally acknowledging what we know.
Perhaps even excitement about what could come next.

As women, we can carry so much in our hearts, bodies and minds while continuing to function, care, work and keep life moving.

Sometimes it feels good to have somewhere we don't have to.

This Sunday, we gather inside The Diamond Womb Sanctuary.

A small, intimate circle amongst the trees where we can slow down, reflect, share, listen, laugh, feel, and tend with kindness to whatever is present.

I'll be space-holding throughout the circle with a clear intention, gentle, grounded presence -- tending to the energy of the room, creating a respectful and welcoming container, and offering invitations for depth perception rather than expectations.

There is no pressure to share, participate or move beyond what feels right for you. You are welcome to simply arrive, listen and be held by the space in the forest sanctuary with a cuppa in your hands and a cushion or two for your seat.

Nothing to fix.
Nothing to perform.
No particular way you need to feel.

Just an invitation to meet yourself honestly and compassionately, in the company of women.

The Diamond Womb Sanctuary is a private home sanctuary for women — a place to slow down, soften the noise of the outside world, and hear yourself again.

I created this space for the woman who has been carrying a lot.

The woman standing at a threshold.
The woman navigating change.
The woman who can feel that something within her is asking to be lived differently.

Here, you don’t need to arrive with the answers.

Through deep listening, embodiment practices, meditation, Soul Voice, intuitive guidance, rest and genuine human connection, I create spaces where you can meet yourself more fully — beneath the roles, expectations and stories you have learned to carry.

My work is ultimately an invitation into authorship:

To belong more deeply to yourself, to trust the wisdom within you, and to begin authoring your life from the wisdom of your own Soul.

The Sanctuary is home to my private Diamond Womb Cocoon experiences, intimate women’s circles, and seasonal gatherings online and in person.

There are many ways to enter The Diamond Womb🌹

Not every woman who finds her way here is looking for a private Cocoon.

Sometimes what we need is to sit amongst other women and men in a gently held space.

To move.

To Breathe.

To be quiet together.

To remember that we were never meant to navigate every season of our lives alone.

Alongside my private work, I hold intimate Women's Circles in The Diamond Womb Sanctuary and Long Slow Deep Yin Yoga Immersions in the wider Sunshine Coast Community Halls.

My circles are intentionally small. They are sacred spaces for community gathering, meditation, Soul Voice, embodiment, meaningful conversations, silence, reverence, devotion and the particular kind of collective shift that can happen when women gather without needing to perform for one another.

Long Slow deep is another doorway where all are welcome - devotion to doing less in a world that is accelerating. By staying longer with our breath and giving the body enough time to soften beneath the the pace of ordinary life. We discover the peace of sacred union from within. This is a Yin Yoga Style practice, you and your mat, with guided Soul Voice and sound bath, warm space with candles, evening light, community tea to warm the heart and belly.
