✨💕 Starting Mid July 💕✨

Inviting you to our new meditation course commencing on the 15th on July. On these nights we will share the teachings of Yoga Philosophy, learn meditation techniques and enjoy an Ayurvedic meal.

Through our free Monday night meditations we have shared many beautiful sessions and people are wanting more... more techniques and time to go deeper and soak up the benefits of meditation in the Himalayan salt Cave and more time to connect with each other and the practice meditation.

Cost will be $35pp and bookings can be made on online www.saltcaves.com.au (under classes in the bookings portal)

Session flow:
Arrive from 5:30pm to enjoy a tea in the lounge or Salt Cave
6:00pm we start with philosophy leading into meditation and healing prayers. Then we have yoga nidra for deep relaxation.
7:30pm the session completes and there will be a light Ayurvedic dinner and time to connect and share with each other.

Spaces are limited to ensure everyone is comfortable and bookings required.

Hello dear meditation community, I am going to put meditations on hold for the school holidays. We will start up again at the end of January 2026. We will also have some special mediation courses for those wanting a deeper guiding.
