I’ve heard this one so many times…

“I nearly didn’t come tonight.”

And then something happens.🤩

The conversation starts.
Someone makes you laugh.
Someone shares something real.
You discover you have far more in common than you thought.

And before you know it, you’re wishing the evening wasn’t over.

That’s one of my favourite things about women’s circles.

An evening to slow down, breathe and reconnect… with a little meditation, the beautiful sounds of the sound bowls, oracle cards to spark reflection, and plenty of time for conversation, laughter and genuine connection.

You really don’t know what beautiful connection might be waiting on the other side of that little decision to come along.

The August Full Moon arrives in Pisces, alongside a deep partial lunar eclipse, a moment that invites us to slow down, listen inward and make space for what is asking to be felt.

What is rising for you?

An old memory or emotion?
A familiar pattern returning?
Something you believed you had already released?

Perhaps you’re beginning to recognise a version of yourself you’ve gently outgrown.

Take a moment to ask yourself:

What am I ready to leave behind?
How do I want to see, feel and embody my most authentic self?

The beautiful Strawberry Full Moon invites us to pause, reflect, express gratitude, and release what no longer serves us.

With Mercury Retrograde having begun on 29th June, it’s also a wonderful time to slow down, revisit the past, gain clarity, and realign with what truly matters.
