This is perfect if you’re looking for a little plant-based inspiration in your kitchen repertoire! It’s easy to fall into a rut with eating if you’re short on time, energy or creative motivation.

Ive had a few questions lately about my book too so here are a few of the most common FAQ’s answered:

1. The recipes are 100% plant-based (vegan) so contain no meat, dairy or animal products.
2. There are a mix of cooked and raw recipes, its not all raw! There are lots of nourishing warm dishes too.
3. The book is mostly gluten free. I actually can’t think of any recipes in the book that do contain gluten! I didn’t make it with the intention to be entirely GF but it primality is.
4. Some of the recipes require a blender or food processor. A couple of the raw ones require a dehydrator. I do give options though where possible and there are lots of recipes that require none of these.
5. All recipes are refined sugar free. I use dates, coconut syrup or maple syrup as natural sweeteners
6. The recipes are very user-friendly. The feedback I get the most is how simple (and delicious!) the recipes are.
7. There is also lots of info at the start on how to stock your kitchen, vegan nutritional information and other wellness tips sprinkled through the book.
