Spring has well and truly sprung here in ! Right on time. So grateful for shady trees, singing birds and slow, peaceful mornings. Can’t wait to see all the spring flowers pop! 🌸☀️🙏🌴🎋

This beautiful cowrie shell called to me at a local market yesterday. The stall owner had no info about it so I trusted my intuition 👁️ I’ve since learned that cowrie shells were once used as actual money in some cultures and therefore symbolise wealth, success and the flow of blessings. Abundance baby! Goddess Lakshmi vibes for sure 💫💖 The slit or ‘eye’ on the underside was traditionally believed to act as a guardian, warding off evil spirits, negative energy and evil eye 🧿 Protection baby! 🐚 Especially during periods of change.

Let this cowrie shell be another reminder to always trust your intuition. It’s not always loud…it’s that gentle nudge you feel inside when something feels aligned or off. It will never let you down. Notice how it feels in your body. Society trains us (especially women) to ignore this inner knowing in the name of politeness, kindness or not rocking the boat. Trust yourself!
