Our sun-filled studio is available for hire on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons — and we'd love to welcome the right instructor into our community.

With solid bamboo floors, high ceilings, yoga mats provided, and full AV if you need it, it's a space that truly supports great teaching.

Wow — Fresh Holistic Health is officially 10 years old!

Looking back, there’s a deep sense of nostalgia and pride in everything we’ve built together and the impact we’ve had on our patients’ health and wellbeing.

To all the practitioners who have been part of this journey, thank you. Your dedication and contribution have meant more than words can express.

We also want to acknowledge our incredible staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and unwavering commitment have shaped the heart of our clinic. We feel genuinely fortunate to have long term team members who have grown with us, supported our vision, and helped create the welcoming environment our patients value so much.
And to everyone working behind the scenes — thank you. Your quiet, consistent efforts keep everything running smoothly, often without recognition, and our success simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

And to our patients — thank you for trusting us with your health. It often takes tremendous courage to reach out for support, especially in life’s most challenging moments, and it has been an honour to walk alongside you.
