Return to Rhythm is all about creating space for reflection and reconnection.

During the retreat, Kathy gently guides women through a powerful session designed to help uncover the patterns, beliefs and limitations that may be keeping them feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected.

What makes Kathy’s approach so special is that it isn’t about pressure or becoming someone different.

It’s about recognising your own strengths, reconnecting with what matters to you and creating space for a new direction that feels aligned and empowering.

Again and again, women leave this session with a greater sense of clarity, possibility and trust in themselves.

One of the things guests often reflect on after retreat is how good it felt to simply slow down and be nourished properly.

I’m excited about our next Return to Rhythm Retreat which will be held from August 6–9, 2026 at the beautiful Alaya Ascend in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

After the experience of our recent retreat, I knew I wanted to create this space again.

There was something incredibly special about watching women arrive carrying stress, exhaustion and emotional overload, then slowly reconnect with themselves through rest, reflection, nature, nourishment and genuine support.

That’s what Return to Rhythm is really about.

It’s a gentle opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and give yourself permission to slow down.

Over four days, you’ll be supported through grounding practices, guided sessions, nourishing food, movement, stillness and meaningful connection in a way that feels calm, welcoming and deeply restorative.

This retreat will be held at Alaya Ascend, a private mountain retreat space surrounded by rainforest and quiet in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Guests will stay in private or shared villas featuring private decks, rainforest views, fireplaces, jetted spas and self-contained kitchens, with access to beautiful retreat facilities including Finnish saunas, hot and cold plunges, and float tanks designed to support deep rest and nervous system recovery.

If you’ve been feeling tired, stretched, disconnected or simply in need of space to breathe again, I would love to invite you to join us.

Places are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.

Hasn't the weather been beautiful lately on the Sunshine Coast? I couldn't resist getting out to Ewen Maddock Dam to connect with nature. It only takes a little time to slow down, breathe deeply and embrace your true self.

I'm looking forward to our next retreat where we can support each other as we connect with ourselves.
