We’re excited to share that this weekend our Exercise Physiologist, Jess, travelled to Sydney to become accredited in delivering the GLA:D Back program for people living with persistent and recurring back pain.

We are proud to now be one of the first Exercise Physiology clinics in the world trained in this course.

GLA:D Back is an evidence-supported program that combines the latest research on back pain with education, movement, and exercise strategies to help people better understand and manage their condition with confidence.

A big thank you to Stephen, Bridget, and the rest of the GLA:D team at for delivering such a valuable and inspiring course. Jess truly enjoyed the experience and is excited to bring this knowledge back to our community at Nordica Health.

Our first GLA:D Back course will commence in June 2026 - stay tuned for updates, or contact us if you would like more information 🌸

Recently, the team from The Women’s Health Collective visited our clinic to deliver an interactive workshop and in-service on pelvic floor health, the menopausal transition, and resistance training/weightlifting for women living with pelvic floor dysfunctions.

The workshop expanded on many of the topics discussed at their recent Research Update conference, bringing the evidence into practical, real-world clinical application.

We loved the opportunity to further develop our understanding through hands-on discussion, clinical reasoning, and practical strategies grounded in the latest evidence in women’s health and exercise.

At Nordica Health, ongoing education and evidence-based practice are incredibly important to us, and we are always striving to continue improving the care and support we provide to our community 🌻

A big thank you to Esme and Elisha for such engaging and valuable sessions.
