The marketing tactics out there are good - really good!

I want to remind you that you have an inbuilt inner authority that is your lighthouse, your compass – the inner knowing of what is right for you or not.

… and it ain’t your thinking mind!

Once you understand how you are designed to make decisions and how your inner authority works, it is easier to let those ‘last chance, or you’ll never feel good again’, pushy tactics wash right past you.

I'm sure you've had this moment ... you're standing in the middle of your own life and something just feels ... off?

Not necessarily dramatic, but there's a persistent feeling of 'off'.

You've always been capable and show up for everyone and their needs, which is fine, it feels normal and expected. But there's a feeling underneath that where you can't quite remember the last time you felt fully yourself. Fully alive in your own skin.

I've experience this and thought it was just my personality - spoiler alert ... it aint! It's not even burnout, or ingratitude for the good life you've built.

It's possibly something more specific than that.

You might have given your power away. This doesn't happen all at once in one dramatic gesture. It's in a thousand small moments where you chose everyone else's needs over your own.

I didn't know I had done this - until an experience cracked it wide open. Through my learnings and deep dive into Universal Laws I can recognise within this the Law of Dominion, which has changed my perspective on so many patterns throughout my life.

Emotions can be tricky sometimes.

I know for me I was always told I was too sensitive. Then I found out I have an undefined solar plexus centre - that means I absorb and amplify other people's emotions. It made perfect sense to me as to why I would sometimes be so confused about how I felt and why I was feeling it so strongly.

Across the population it is roughly a 50/50 split between defined and undefined. So 50% of people are experiencing their own version of an emotional wave - riding the consistent pattern of up and down. Meanwhile the other 50% of the population are absorbing and magnifying back into the world those waves that all around them - which can be confusing and overwhelming. So this centre has a big impact on humanity as a whole.

In 2027 we are moving into a new paradigm and the solar plexus is at the core of this shift.

Nature has a way of bringing you back ... to your breath, to your body, and let go of the outside noise for awhile.

I don't take my phone with me when I go walking, but I felt called to take my phone and video today my little slice of nature I walk through each day.
