Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker looking for meaningful and flexible work in Ballarat?

We are currently seeking dedicated support workers to provide high-quality, person-centered support to participants in the Ballarat area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

About You
Compassionate, caring, and respectful.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience supporting people with disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Australian citizen preferred (participant/family preference).
