Weekly Recap 🌟

With some amazing weather to finish of this week the guys decided to get out & about to soak it in ! Murray downs was the choice and everyone had a blast ! Driving range / a few holes while some played bingo !
We still managed our art & craft this week , plenty of cooking & gym still getting done 🫶🏽

Another week of learning, growing & working hard on our goals this week at the SHOP active , the guys been very busy in the kitchen , gym , in the art room , doing some budgeting and out & about 🙌🏽🙂

Weekly Recap 🌟

Another very fun filled week full of adventures and amazing memories ! We decided to get some cooking done this week and help the guys with there skills in the kitchen , still plenty of Art & games also being had, Gym , walking & we finished the week off by heading over to Deniliquin to check out the Deni Ute Muster museum & there amazing car museum !

Weekly Recap 🌟

Busy week had by all once again , plenty of Tri State training getting done by all the guys , swimming, running , gym , basketball & golf !
Not to mention still getting in some Art & craft & gardening back at work , we also went & visited to group at The SHOP Swan Hill , cooking still a huge hit and cricket down the park finished off the week 🙌🏽

TRI- STATE GAMES 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️👨🏼‍🦽‍➡️

The Tri-state games are in Mildura in November this year and we are participating.

For everyone who isn’t aware the Tri-State games is an All-Ability week of events where people with disabilities compete against each other is multiple events over the week.

Our participants have been training hard over the last couple of months to prepare.

Weekly Recap 🌟

What a busy week ! This week saw some beautiful weather come out & didn’t we try get out as much as possible, we managed to get out for our daily walks / exercise’s , fishing , gym & water aerobics !
There was also plenty of cooking getting done , art & craft , plus we finished the week at the Swan Hill Specialist School cafe & Murray downs bingo 🙌🏽

What a week !!! With plenty of out & About adventures , cooking , gym , ball games & Tri state training at Nyah and making new friendships , it’s been another great week had by all ! Big shoutout to BIG4 Swan Hill for allowing the guys to come have a hit of Mini golf 🙌🏽

What a busy week ! Plenty of activities, fun & memories made this week . With a little bit of rain around earlier this week we decided to jump into the kitchen cooking, slices , slow cooked meals , apple pies , pizza scrolls & muffins !
Still managed to enjoy plenty of Art , swimming & gym 🙌🏽

Very busy this week by getting out & about every chance we could , cooking was still a big hit , gardening , golf at Murray downs was a favourite this week ! We decided to try our luck out at Tooleybuc for fishing group , a group decided to head to the town hall on Wednesday night and look at the haunted set up , finishing the week off by heading out to Nyah’s new cafe than to Nyah west op shop / park for a fun day out 🤗

Weather wasn’t all that friendly this week , but we still managed to achieve the same goals ! Art & craft / sewing have been busy , door snake sales are back ! Still managing our morning walks & gym sessions , shopping & budgeting skills , cooking & also some water aerobics 🙂
Finished the week off with a trip down to Bendigo to enjoy some bowling & lunch out 🤗
