Casual Cleaner – FIG Supports
We're looking for a reliable and respectful Casual Cleaner to join the FIG Supports team, providing cleaning services in both private and NDIS participant homes around Swan Hill.
This role is about more than simply getting through a cleaning list. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things and understands that every person's home, preferences and expectations are different.
You'll be entering people's personal spaces, so respect, dignity and a non-judgemental attitude are incredibly important to us.
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in doing a job properly
Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Is respectful of clients, their homes and their belongings
Understands that every household is different and can work without judgement, respecting each client's individual preferences and way of living
Can follow individual cleaning instructions and recognise that what matters to one client may be different from what matters to another
Is friendly, approachable and professional
Is comfortable working in a range of different home environments
You'll need:
Current Working With Children Check
Current Police Check issued within the last 6 months
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Availability for casual weekday work
Experience in cleaning, disability or aged care would be great, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail matter enormously to us.
This is a casual role providing a mixture of private and NDIS-funded cleaning services, with hours dependent on client needs.
