Our team is growing, and we’re looking for great people to grow with us. 🧡

More clients, more care, and more happening behind the scenes. Our clinic is growing, and we’re adding to our administration and front-of-house team.

This is so much more than answering phones. You’d be the first voice and first face of Central Mallee Health, the person who makes clients feel genuinely looked after, supports our practitioners, and keeps the clinic running to a standard we’re proud of.

This role is ideal for you if you:

✦ Genuinely love people and have warmth to show it.
✦ Are organised, switched-on, and notice the details.
✦ Are confident with technology and quick to pick up new systems (we’ll train you on ours).
✦ Take real pride in your work and hold a high standard.
✦ Take the lead and make things happen rather than waiting to be told.

Whether your gift is making people feel at home or keeping everything organised and running beautifully, we’d love to hear from you. For the right person, this role has real room to grow, with training and CPD behind you.

Everything we do comes back to looking after the people of the Mallee, and the values that hold our team together: collaboration, dedication, energy, generosity and growth.

💛 Part-time or casual hours that work around your life, above-award rates, in a team that values you as a genuine part of it.

🚀 Sound like you? Apply directly. Send your CV and a short note to [email protected]. We respond to every application within 48 hours.

🧡 Know someone who’d be perfect? Send this to them or tag them below.

👣 Your ankles do more work than you think.

When ankle support is lacking, it’s often the knees, hips, and lower back that start picking up the extra load. Over time, that can affect the way your whole body moves and feels.

That’s why we love the Evo Ankle Brace. It is designed to provide comfortable, supportive stability and can be a great option for sport, recovery, day to day movement, and ongoing ankle support.

Your osteo or myotherapist can fit the brace during your appointment and help determine whether it’s the right option for you. 💪

👉 Ask us at your next visit or send us a message to learn more.

It was a delight to have Pati from join us at the clinic today. 🙌🏽

Every Tuesday, our team comes together for a Team Time lunch, providing an opportunity to learn, collaborate, share ideas and continue growing as practitioners.

Pati, a Registered Nutritionist, Accredited Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, guided our team through discussions around adult nutrition, supplementation, nutritional wellbeing, case studies and practical strategies to support healthier lifestyles and improved performance. 🥗💪🏽

One of the things we value most at Central Mallee Health is learning from passionate professionals outside our own discipline. These conversations broaden our thinking and help us better support the people and communities we care for.

Thank you, Pati, for generously sharing your knowledge, experience and insights with our team. It was a fantastic session that sparked plenty of discussion and left us with some valuable takeaways.

With an exciting new chapter just around the corner, we would also like to wish Pati and her family all the very best as they prepare to welcome their little one into the world. 💛👶🏼

Congratulations Jess! 👏🏼😊

This recognition comes as no surprise to anyone who knows her.

The same leadership, encouragement, dedication and genuine care that make her an outstanding coach are the qualities we see every day in the clinic, our team, and the communities she serves. 💙💛

We are THRILLED to announce our Coach of the Month for May, is Jess 'Jobbers' Jobling from the Mallee Eagles Football Netball Club ! ⭐️⭐️

Check out why Jess is our May Coach of the Month:

"Jess has been a valued part of our A Squad coaching group for a number of years and is a phenomenal coach whose impact reaches far beyond her own team. Her dedication, leadership, and passion for the club are evident in everything she does. Jess creates an environment where players feel encouraged, connected, and genuinely excited to be part of the club. One of Jess’s greatest strengths is the support she provides to our junior netballers. She is always willing to mentor and guide younger players, helping build not only their skills and confidence, but also their love for the game. Whether it’s encouraging juniors on game day, offering advice at training, or simply making time for young players around the club, Jess consistently invests in the next generation of netballers. Jess leads by example with her positivity, work ethic, and club-first attitude. She is reliable, approachable, and deeply respected by players, families, and fellow volunteers alike. Jobbers is an outstanding coach and an all-round ripper club person who continually goes above and beyond for the Mallee Eagles and the wider netball community."

Congratulations Jess!

Some yummy Zambrero Swan Hill Vouchers coming your way! 👏🌯

The older you get, the many milestones that tick by, the more you realise that success has less to do with what you’ve achieved, and more to do with who is beside you when you get there.

This photo fills me with an enormous sense of pride.

Not because of the event itself, but because of what it represents.

Shared experiences. Shared learning. Shared ambition. Shared belief in what’s possible.

One of the greatest joys of leadership is creating opportunities for people to step into rooms, conversations and experiences that inspire them to think bigger about the future and what they’re capable of, because people can’t be what they can’t see.

Sometimes all it takes is hearing a new idea, meeting the right person, having a conversation that changes your perspective, or simply being reminded that there are so many possibilities still ahead of you.

I’ve always believed that work should be more than just turning up and doing a job. Anyone can do that.

It should challenge you, inspire you, connect you with great people, and create experiences you’ll remember for years to come.

That’s what I love about this team, and all the incredible professionals who have previously spent time supporting our clients, team and community at CMH.

The curiosity. The support for one another. The willingness to jump in, have a crack and keep growing.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

Getting to do that alongside this crew is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

The people of Swan Hill, Sea Lake, Birchip, Kerang and the wider Mallee have often known me as their Osteo, or the owner of Central Mallee Health.

What they don’t always see is the work happening behind the scenes.

Alongside CM Health, CM Fitness, Outreach Osteo, Vice-Chair of Sports Med Australia Vic State Council, collaborating with sports docs, surgeons and AH pros, and time as both a player and development coach within the Western Bulldogs program, I’ve spent the last eight years building something I believed our profession needed.

In 2018, I created Osteo Sports Network. It began as a way to mentor students, create opportunities in sport and improve the representation of Osteos within sports medicine.

Over time, it became something much bigger.

I wasn’t just directing, mentoring, coaching, competing and creating. I was building an arena where osteos could stand alongside some of the best professionals in the country and contribute meaningfully to the wider sports industry.

For much of my career, I’ve found myself living in what I call the modern middle. Between traditional osteo practice and high-performance sport. Between hands-on care, rehab, behaviour change and performance.

As Australia’s first Advanced Sports Osteo, I never felt there was a clear arena for that style of practitioner to exist.

So we built one.

Seeing 200 practitioners gather at Mission Whitten Oval for the 2025 and 2026 OSN Sports Med Summits are career moments I’ll never forget.

Perhaps the greatest highlight wasn’t standing on stage.

It was looking into the audience and seeing our Central Mallee Health team with me.

Their smiles in support, and the pride I have right back in them. Growing and learning alongside some of Australia’s best.

Because that’s what we as a team are committed to. Never standing still. Never settling. Always investing in our people and communities.

But the thing I’ll always carry with me is the real energy, people and connection in the room.

While most people will simply see a conference, I see something much bigger. A reminder that no matter where you live, whether that’s the city or the Mallee, you deserve access to great ideas, quality education and opportunity.

It’s a privilege to create those opportunities and bring them home. 🤍
