The universe has this unique way of showing you when you’re heading off course a little.

This time I’m paying attention.

I mentioned a while back I was taking a break from this profile. I couldn’t put my finger on it as to why. Things felt off.

So I listened.

I removed the pressure I was feeling to show up, too post, to sell, to make money. Lack and scarcity is not where I want to take up space anymore.

After much contemplation and a lot of soul searching. I really wasn’t showing up as my true authentic self, who I really am, who I’m meant to be in this world, who I’ve been up to this point, who I’m becoming.

I wasn’t being the main character in MY story. The woman I’ve been lusting for, for decades.

Hiding behind posts that weren’t me, written with someone else in mind, adding to the noise in this digital world.

Not Now, Not anymore. I’m stepping into my dreams, owning my voice, my energy and who I am becoming. Shifting in ways, I never believed I could.

I am me, I am the character of my story, my experience. It’s taken me a long while to believe my gift, trust my super powers. It’s been in front of me this whole time.

I’m taking the leap, I’m going all in. No more playing small, no more procrastination, no more excuses, no more fear around being seen, no more scarcity and lack mindset.

My journey has been evolving for as long as I can remember self exploration, leadership, entrepreneurship, self development, learning, nutrition, wellness, strength and mindset. This soulful evolution went unnoticed until now.

Showing up for my clients hasn’t changed, only this time it feels different. Activated, switched on to redefining, reframing beliefs. Working through creating huge break throughs with health, wellness, business and who knows what else.

Finally I am seeing the woman I desire to BĘ

Hi there!

I’m still here, I’m currently taking a digital break. As I focus on being a present mum, recalibrating our gym, settling into our new gym home and providing my amazing clients with 110% of me.

What if, your obsessing and constant focus on weight loss is the very thing keeping it out of your reach?

Sounds woo woo doesn’t it?

But what if it actually was?

What if our constant attention on losing weight and the way our body should look, was blocking the very thing most women tend too long for.

Or at least think about often, at some point of their life.

The more I dive into the quantum realm , the more it becomes apparent.

I mean the saying “where your focus goes the energy flows??” Says it all really.

Pay attention to where your energy goes.

What I see is a woman not afraid to step into her power 💥

A woman that is prepared to make the changes necessary, to find her rhythm and purpose 🥁

A woman that honours her body with appreciation and love, who is not afraid to call on support when she needs it💕

Awareness is the first step to change, what if you’ve always had the power to make the changes you desire.

You just needed to start, truly seeing the woman standing in front of the mirror.

When we work together you will feel my passion, my energy, my absolute love for all things health and wellness.

I want it to inspire you to do the work.

To take that first step, to create momentum. To have it feel aligned and light.

Getting into exercise all those years ago, before my journey into CrossFit. Was the only step I took to get started on this trajectory.

It was the first steps, that created the momentum to get me to where I am today.

As I get older, I’m able to dance with the ebb and flow of family, business, motivation the energy within the journey.

It’s a beautiful sway between mastering it all, to completely non existent.

It’s a beautiful mess, I’m a beautiful mess. Some days a hot mess 🙈 but hey that’s the reality of us all, am I right?.

It’s neither good or bad it just is. It’s actually just perfect.

If I wasn’t drawn into the energetic presence of my beautiful friend and ask if I could join her running. I wouldn’t be here riding this rhythm and purpose.

While I like to think I’ve got everything under control, and in order like my breakfast.

It’s actually not who I am.

I feel uncomfortable when things are in order, it’s to logical.

I’m not linear, nothing I do is linear.

This is my breakfast today. I’d love to say I eat like this daily. A perfect combination of protein, fats and carbs.

All arranged on my plate like I’ve got my s**t together.

The reality is, this is a meal cooked for me, while I sit and create/work in a cafe. Which I must add, it’s a rare occasion I’m alone.

This is my take on time management 😅.

Time is precious in my world, and the thought of being ridged and having to do things a certain way. Causes discomfort and a slight overwhelm.

Some days my nutrition looks like this, some days it’s an absolute shambles.

We can have all the knowledge and intention in the world. But sometimes we just have to surrender to the fact that today, we just need to do the best that we can.

Will this be the end of the world….absolutely not.

I’ve managed to make it this far, trusting my inner guidance.

Listening to my intuition and what my body desires, and needs to feel nourished, strong and healthy.

I have some knowledge, I’ve used the necessary tools. To get to this point of trust and knowing.

I have an understanding, a feeling.

I’ve learnt how to dance to the rhythm and listen to the calling of my soul.

To nourish my body and mind the way that best serves me.

This will be different for everyone.

Let me guide and support you to listen to your own rhythm.

Let’s activate and turn on your soul, your intuition, your body.

Let me guide you to better health and wellness through expression and power over your body.

You’ve had this knowing all along, you’ve just forgotten how to listen for it 💫

Oh man I feel this in my soul.

I see you.

I see you in me.

You certainly are not alone here 🙋🏽‍♀️.

I always believed this to be such a negative trait.

You’re a quitter, you can’t commit to things.

You just don’t seem settled.

What if I told you it’s a kind of super power?

What if I told you it’s ok to chop and change, its a part of who you are.

What if it was just how you like to learn, it’s your expression, your power.

I’m buzzing, the energy I’m feeling is seriously electric. Change is in the air, what that is though I’m open to, full surrender.

I know I’ve been super quiet on the socials. Sometimes as a mum we just have to admit that we can’t do it all.

Not only have I been super busy recording content for The Create Momentum Project. A 12 week group program which kicks off next Monday the 13th. We are relocating our CrossFit gym 🤪. Nothing by halves.

I have to be honest though, I’m having an identity crisis with my business, my voice, my message my brand. I’m not sure I’m living in my true alignment when it comes to what I’m sharing on here.

I’ve always hidden behind educative and informative posts. That feels like I’m just adding to the noise out there in the social’s world. The overwhelm of information we flick through daily.

Overwhelm is something we need less of as busy mums, business owner’s and all of the other hats we wear in a day.

Overwhelm causes us to become stalled, stuck, stagnant, avoidant of the task we desire so much to complete.

We have a higher chance of quitting the journey we long to complete before we even get started.

Instead we yearn to feel connected, to know we aren’t alone.

Do you feel this? I hear you loud and clear friend. Loud and clear. I’m all about simple, I’m all about easy, I want to know I’m not alone.

Ever feel like it’s all just too hard?

Almost as though there’s just absolutely no hope, sound about right?

I feel you. I’ve been there.

I remember feeling overwhelmed and no matter what I tried...

The latest diet, hugely restrictive calories, obsessing over what my body WASN’T. I just couldn’t seem to cut a break to create the momentum needed.

It felt completely impossible, I remember feeling so deflated.

The biggest turning point for me, was when I shifted my obsessing.

Learnt to accept where I was at with my weight, and to appreciate what my body had done for me. After all it had given life and nourished my baby girl.

That’s when I noticed the biggest shift...

That’s when things really started to change for me...

I started implementing small actionable changes, not everything all at once. Which was creating this incredible overwhelm, and then resulted in me quitting before I’d pretty much even started.

I remember feeling so incredibly proud, although there was still a long way to go. I started to notice small changes. I started to cut through the noise and learn about these blocks and limiting beliefs, I had around my weight and body. My food choices were slowly shifting to things that nourished me and kept me feeling satisfied for longer, I started to enjoy moving my body and appreciate what it felt like to feel strong in body and mind.

Before I knew it my focus had totally shifted from what I was lacking to all the possibilities. 

This is why The Create Momentum Project is SO important to me. I know what’s possible and I want that for you, too.

One healthy way to slow the aging process is to enjoy more antioxidant-rich foods each day. Alongside quality sleep, proper hydration, stress relief, and exercise -- you can add daily meal choices to the list of ways to slow down aging.​​​​​​​​

So what are these antioxidant-rich foods to add to your grocery list? Berries are a great place to start -- cranberries, wild blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, bilberries, and goji berries are all high in bioflavonoids. Other great options are red delicious apples, granny smith apples, gala apples, plums, sweet cherries, artichokes, russet potatoes, beans, dark leafy greens, and pecans.​​​​​​​​

Foods with darker, richer colors (like blue, green, purple, and orange) tend to be higher in antioxidants. Remember always to mix it up and eat various fruits and veggies in a wide array of colours for a balanced diet.​​​​​​​​

I don't know what it is, but there's something glorious about pineapples that just make my heart sing. Maybe it's the reminder of summer, weird I know. In fact we even have a pineapple bed spread. I mean they are delicious probably my favourite fruit aside from passionfruit.​​​​​​​​

Did you know that incorporating foods with high water content can help to boost your water intake for the day. This doesn't mean ditching your water bottle, but using these hydrating foods in conjunction with your daily water intake will boost energy and make your skin radiant.​​​​​​​​

Produce with high water content include celery, zucchini, cucumber, lettuce, bell pepper, pineapple, melons, and apples, to name a few.​​​​​​​​

If you'd like to mix these benefits and enjoy a tasty treat, you can create a carafe of infused water. Cut up a cucumber and a slice of honeydew melon and place them in your water carafe.
