Lower back pain?
We don’t just chase the pain.

The body doesn’t work in isolation — so why would we treat it that way?

If your lower back is talking, we look at:
• Your upper back mobility
• Your hip strength + extension
• Your feet and how they load the ground
• Your breathing patterns
• Your movement habits

Because often the back isn’t the problem… it’s the compensator.

When we zoom out and treat the body as a whole, we create lasting change — not just temporary relief. 🤍

“What can I do to train my core?”

As educators, this is where we get to shift the conversation.

Core training isn’t a separate workout.
It’s not just abs.
And it’s definitely not just “brace and hold.”

The core is involved in every Pilates exercise — in the transitions, in the breath, in the way we load and unload the body.

If we’re not teaching breathing, we’re missing the foundation.
Breath creates pressure management.
Pressure management supports the pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor works with the deep abdominals.
And suddenly… core isn’t something we isolate — it’s something we integrate.

When we help our clients understand:
• how to breathe
• how to organise their ribcage and pelvis
• how to control load through movement

…we’re not just “training core.”
We’re building body literacy.

And that understanding?
That’s what actually changes how they move — inside and outside the studio.

Subtle work. Powerful results. 🤍
