Being invited out to eat with people you love should feel like something to look forward to.

But I know for so many of you here, it doesn't. Not really.

Because even as you're getting ready, part of your brain is already running through the mental checklist. Which dishes are safe? What combination won't wreck you? How far is the bathroom from the table?

You're there in body but you're not really present. You're managing. Calculating.

And even when you try to be careful... it still happens. The sticky, mushy p**ps. The bloating. The burning reflux that wakes you up at 2am.

Here's what I want this community to know:

It's not the food that's the problem. It's your hormones.

When perimenopause hits, bile production drops and fats stop breaking down properly. That's where those hard-to-wipe mushy p**ps come from.

When oestrogen drops, the muscle that keeps stomach acid in place weakens. That's where the burping and reflux come from.

Your body is changing and and nobody told you this was coming.

The answer isn't cutting out more foods. It's preparing your gut and hormones in the 48 hours BEFORE the event so your body can actually handle a real meal with real variety.

My clients eat pizza, pasta, and dessert at family dinners. Without spending the next 3 days recovering. 🍕

This Thursday at 7:30pm, I'm hosting a free Perimenopause IBS Masterclass and I want you there.

You'll learn:
✔️ Why your hormones are wrecking your digestion in your 40s & beyond
✔️ The gut-hormone connection that's making your IBS so much worse
✔️ My exact method for reducing bloating and weird p**ps in as little as 2 weeks

👉 Comment MASTERCLASS below to grab your spot

Can't make it live? Register anyway & I'll send the replay for 48 hours, but you need to be registered to access it.

So glad you're all here.

See you Thursday 💛 Jenny

Your bloat isn't a mystery. It's a message.

And it's not telling you to cut out more food.

I know that's not what you've been told. Most women spend months.....sometimes years eliminating gluten, dairy, FODMAPs, wondering what they're still missing.

But the bloat stays.
The jeans still don't fit.
Every meal still feels like a gamble.

Here's what nobody's telling you: your gut didn't just randomly turn on you.

Perimenopause changed the conditions your digestion runs on.
And until you fix that, the food stuff will never stick.

This is what's actually happening inside:

Digestion is slowing down because motility has dropped.
Food isn't breaking down because stomach acid, bile and enzymes are low.
Stress is draining your minerals and destabilising your hormones.
And a sluggish thyroid is quietly making all of it worse ( including why the weight won't budge)

No elimination diet touches any of that.

I worked with Rae after she'd already tried everything - antibiotics, low FODMAP, Nexium for her reflux. Years of it. She came to me still bloated, still constipated, and honestly just scared to eat anything.

We stopped guessing. Ran labs. Found the actual problem. Then we rebuilt her gut lining, motility, metabolic function and suppported her thyroid.
That's when things finally shifted....daily bowel movements without a laxative. Bloat finally easing. Weight starting to move.

Not because we found her trigger food. Because we fixed the system.

This is exactly what I'm breaking down in my free Perimenopause- IBS masterclass - the real reason you're still bloated and what to do about it.

I'm bringing it back....FREE Encore Peri-IBS Masterclass!!
I've been keeping a secret from you...
After working with countless women in perimenopause struggling with out-of-control IBS, I've discovered something that changes everything.
Most people think IBS in your 40s is caused by food sensitivities or stress. They're wrong.
The real reason nothing you've tried has worked? The hormonal shifts of perimenopause are disrupting your digestive function and gut microbiome — and once you understand this, everything finally makes sense.
I'm running an encore of my FREE live masterclass on June 25th to reveal exactly what you're really dealing with — and why cutting out gluten, dairy, and following Low FODMAP haven't given you the relief you were promised.
This isn't about giving you more foods to eliminate. This is about finally understanding what's been keeping you stuck.

If you've been cutting foods, trying supplements, and doing all the things… and you're STILL bloated and struggling with IBS?

It's not because you're not trying hard enough.

It's because you've been guessing. 👇

You guess which foods are the problem. You guess which supplements might help. You try something new → feel a bit better → symptoms come back → start all over again.

Sound familiar?

Here's what most women don't know:

Standard GP tests are designed to rule out disease - not to check how well your digestion and gut microbiome are actually functioning.

So you get told your results are “normal”… but you still feel awful.

That's exactly why I use functional stool testing in my program.

It tells us:

✔️ How well you're digesting and absorbing nutrients
✔️ Whether you have inflammation, dysbiosis, or infections
✔️ What's actually driving your bloating, constipation, or diarrhea
✔️ How your hormones are playing into it all

No more guessing. Just clarity - and a clear plan.

Most of my ladies start seeing real changes in as little as 2 weeks. Without cutting more foods.

If you're ready to stop the trial-and-error cycle and finally understand what's going on in your body…

📦 Surprise delivery from the postman today!
But first.....can I ask you something?
Have you ever tried a protein powder and ended up looking 6 months pregnant an hour later? 😅
The bloating, the gas, the uncomfortable fullness... and you're standing there thinking why is something that's supposed to be healthy making me feel crap?
It's so common but a lot of protein powders have ingredients that sound amazing on the packaging but absolutely wreck a sensitive gut.
I've been on the hunt for one that actually works for women with IBS and gut issues for a long time.
And this one just landed on my doorstep and I'm genuinely excited about it.
Superflora by Noisy Guts is one of my favourites because it has evidence-based probiotics specifically researched for IBS - not just a token probiotic thrown in to make the label look good.
Plus the raspberry hot chocolate flavour is so yummy!!! 🍫
If you've been struggling to find a protein powder that doesn't destroy your gut - this one is worth trying.

She came to me bloated, gassy, reflux flaring up daily and gaining weight every single week despite doing everything "right."

She'd done food sensitivity testing years ago that told her she was intolerant to wheat, gluten and dairy. So she'd been avoiding all of it. No bread. No cheese. No treats. Nothing that might set her off.

And she was still getting worse.

On top of that, she was trying to lose the perimenopausal weight gain -  so she was eating less. Smaller portions, cutting back, being "good."

Here's the problem with that.

If you're constipated, bloated and reflux is constantly flaring - your body isn't digesting food properly. And when digestion is sluggish, losing weight becomes an uphill battle no matter how little you eat.

So here's what we actually worked on:

✔️ Making sure her diet was nourishing enough to fill the nutrient gaps slowing her gut down ✔️ Fixing her meal timing so she stopped feeling shaky and dizzy between meals - a sign her blood sugars were imbalanced abd she wasn't eating enough                               ✔️ Slowly adding back the foods she'd been terrified of - real bread, dairy, and yes... ice cream and chocolate cake

Within 2 weeks she went from straining for one uncomfortable p**p to having 2 satisfying ones daily without even thinking about it. Her reflux settled enough to cut her PPI medication to half a dose. And the weekly creep on the scales? Finally stopped.

Not because she restricted more. Because she nourished more.

Want to know the exact steps she followed? I've put them all in my free guide 👇 Comment PERI GUT and I'll send it straight to you.
