Welcome - thanks for visiting ELM DSC (Disability Support Coordination) page
Elm was founded in August 2022 after another service went into liquidation leaving me Bronwyn unemployed.
At that time I had a case load of clients that would be left unsupported so starting my own support coordination business to continue supporting these individuals seemed like the best option for all of us
I got to keep my valued clients and they got to continue to be supported by someone they knew and trusted.
