Cottage Cheese Pancakes | High-Protein & Fluffy!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup oats
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1️⃣ Add cottage cheese, eggs, oats, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth and well combined.
3️⃣ Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
4️⃣ Pour small portions of batter onto the pan.
5️⃣ Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
