What makes a great support worker?
We asked our team, and while everyone had their own answer, a few things stood out: kindness, patience, reliability, empathy, and the ability to genuinely connect with the people they support.
Being a support worker is about more than helping with daily tasks. It’s about building trust, creating meaningful relationships, encouraging independence, and showing up with a positive attitude every single day.
