Two Summers is based in the Sutherland Shire, and services all greater Sydney.

Our services include:

· Domestic duties

· Shopping

· Social outings

· Support for all allied health therapies

•HOUSING•

Supports can be in an array of accommodation, tailored to t

he individuals needs of each client. This includes:

· Independent Living Options (ILO)

· Mid-term Accommodation (MTA)

· Supported Independent Living (SIL)

· Short Term Accommodation (STA)

· Support in the individuals home

•NURSING•

Our Registered Nurses are experienced in all aspects of nursing, and we are proud to include Clinical Nurse Specialists, Educators, Clinical Nurse Consultants in the following areas:

• Diabetes

• Aged care

• Early Onset Dementia

• Continence

• Intensive Care

• Respiratory

• Wound care (including post amputation management)

• TPN

Rebecca is a vibrant and determined woman who loves photography, basketball, tennis, dancing, singing, community outings, and spending time with friends over coffee or lunch. She’s especially passionate about staying active and involved in her community. 💗

Rebecca is focused on building her confidence, independence, and community connections. Her goals include participating in more social and recreational activities, developing daily living skills, exploring future independent living options, and creating meaningful friendships along the way.

Every step is about growing independence, embracing new opportunities, and living a full and connected life. ✨

Walker has been making the most of the school holidays by getting out into the sunshine and enjoying some fresh air. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, staying active, or simply taking in the beautiful weather, every outing is an opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills, and create lasting memories.

We love seeing our participants embrace new experiences and enjoy all the benefits that spending time outdoors can bring.
