Most people would say I'm an optimistic kinda gal. I'm a believer.

I'm that person who doesn't believe the stars are out of reach, I believe they're among us.

And I believe it's perfectly reasonable to expect miracles. Often.

I see them all the time.

When people say to me "Mel, be realistic" (ok - my mum), I can tell my soul feels a little confused.

What I hear is "settle". And I know that's not what they really mean.

Where along the line have we been taught that being realistic means to aim low?

To me miracles ARE realistic. Dreams ARE realistic. Wanting it all IS realistic.

All of those things are NORMAL. They're every day.

Let's loosen the shackles on this poor suffocated word and give it some freedom to show us what it can really mean.

It's game time.

Gah, my heart.

This is one of my best friends, Bec.

We've had multiple Frequency Healing sessions.

(I also do sessions with her horses - story for another day).

Her trajectory has been EPIC.

This has been her key:

She has her session
She notices in the days & weeks after - any new feeling, opportunity or inspiration showing up for her.
She follows the energy of it. Even if it's a teeny tiny move.

Then she loops steps 2 & 3.

And when she's ready, she comes back to me.

This is how we work together.

Being in her life as she shifts into the ever appreciative, expansive, gifted human she is has been SUCH a pleasure.

This is exactly the way I feel about this work.

When you're lying on the table you can feel it's presence. Moving, working, healing.

The more communion you have with it, the more in awe you become.

And the more you realise you've had this with you all along.

It's just been waiting for you ask, and surrender in so it can do for you exactly what it knows to do.

This is the most caring, loving, pure and profound relationship you'll ever have.

And it's right there every second of the day, ready for you to just say yes to meeting it.

At the very heart of it we're just a lot of vibration creating a lot of frequency which determines the state we're in and the way we feel.

And the verrrry cool thing about this is, we have a huge amount of influence over it.

It listens to us.

So in every single moment we get to choose.

Me - I make hundreds of micro choices daily.

Some I know are great, and some.... not so great.

Because you know, the human thing.

But hey this is just a reminder to say - IT'S ALWAYS OUR CHOICE.

IF YOU'RE NOT WOO WOO - KEEP SCROLLING

Do you ever feel like you're not from this planet? Me too (told you).

Any idea which one you ARE from. Originally I mean (comment below!!).

For me it's the Pleaides. Don't ask me how I know, I just know.

Yes I've learned modalities and I help people in a very tangible, grounded way.

And I can speak somewhat intelligently about the mechanics of it all.

But first and foremost I'm a spiritual gal.

And this ability I have, the one that was gifted to me?

It feels connected up there.

So when I'm working I'm connecting into a skillset that's familiar. And familial.

I know I was young there, and so I still bring forth that sense of childlike wonder in with me. Which I believe makes me yes, sensitive, aware and mature. But also light.

And probably why I still like feeling like a wizard ; >

But I also know I have a very, very advanced team guiding me as I work.

So know when you're here with me, you're also in other hands.

Sophie and I worked together for a number of months and I'm SO impressed and proud of the way she showed up.

Every single session. Rain, hail or shine.

I'm not going to lie, we went through it.

But with every session she felt in and applied what her body and mind were showing her. Until she finally felt clear and connected enough to go forth and work with herself.

This is what her healing was all about. Coming back to herself.
