What’s for Dinner!!??
It’s been very rainy lately in Sydney, so I’m making a confused curry/stew/dahl 😆
It is loaded with every veggie that I had in the house like zucchini, onion, carrot, leek, celery, green beans, chopped kale, chickpeas, potato, cauliflower and tomatoes. Mix them together in a tomato, vegetable broth and coconut cream sauce with spices like paprika, Moroccan spice blend, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, pepper, thyme and basil for a delicious, satisfying and warming dinner. Best served over some whole grain brown rice!
Ps. I wish you could smell the amazing spices through video!

Happy Holidays Everyone! 💋💋💋

This year has really forced all of us to reflect on what is important in life;
The people we love and care for... our beloved pets who keep us laughing and give us cuddles... delicious home cooking, and maybe even home-made sourdough bread... netflix and popcorn with our better half... and making home feel like the sanctuary that it has always been, but perhaps we were too busy running around to see it. ❤️
I haven't posted in a little while, but am really excited to share 2021 with all of you. There are lots of fantastic things coming, and I cannot wait.
For now though, big kisses, happy holidays and let's get excited for 2021!!!✨✨✨
