Human Biomechanics Specialist Level 1 is underway here , with practitioners from around the world working toward becoming .certified
Every person here has spent years exploring traditional fitness methods, rehab protocols, therapies, and corrective exercises in an effort to solve their pain and movement limitations. Despite their efforts, many were still searching for answers.
That search eventually led them to our .
For most of them, that was their first introduction to Functional Patterns biomechanics and the beginning of a completely different way of understanding how the human body is designed to move.
What separates Functional Patterns is its first principles approach to the human body. Rather than focusing on isolated muscles, arbitrary exercises, or movement trends, the system is built around the primary functions that shaped human movement: standing, walking, running, and throwing.
Because the training is centered on these fundamental functions, it has produced a body of repeatable .evidence that spans children, adults, elderly individuals, athletes, and people dealing with chronic pain and complex movement dysfunctions. The results are not based on theory alone. They are based on what consistently happens when human beings train in alignment with the functions their bodies evolved to perform.
