Movie day done right 🍿✨
We Watched Toy Story 1 with unlimited popcorn from our machine, lolly bags everywhere & the best vibes all day!! Such an amazing day

What a blast today was at Ability Choice Care! 🍿🎬

We had fresh warm popcorn straight from our popcorn machine, Toy Story 1 playing on the big screen, plenty of snacks and drinks to go around, and lolly bags for everyone! Such a fun and relaxing movie day with lots of smiles all around ⭐️

Brain Gym Week 5 🧠💛

Today’s physical exercise was Latin dancing full of energy, movement, and lots of smiles 💃

We also completed a Lumosity brain game to get our minds working, followed by morning tea and a great group discussion where everyone shared their thoughts and conversations flowed beautifully ✨

Afterwards, we headed into the art room for a listening and drawing activity. Participants listened carefully to my verbal instructions and created drawings based purely on what they heard. It was such a fun way to encourage concentration, listening skills, creativity, and imagination.

We ended up with some amazing and very creative drawings. Every participant interpreted the instructions differently, which made it even more special 🎨

Brain Gym Week 4 🧠

This week we played our Balloon Fly Swatter exercise while measuring vitals to see the increase in activity. We then completed some Lumosity brain training, enjoyed morning tea and discussion, and finished the session with arts and crafts.
