Sometimes it’s more obvious that our journeys are intertwined 💓 I just had an incredible Chakra sound bath, & guided meditation delivered by my love 🙏🏼 it’s given me a bit to journal about, especially the visions I had when he worked on my third eye. I’m feeling re-energised and relaxed. Definitely what I needed in these weird-ass covid times. Maybe Len and I will collab in the future? (Update on me, im still MIA with my art )

It’s finally here, after 9 months of preparing and giving sound baths. Plus several months before that, diving into countless hours of online study, watching videos, lots of reading, intensive workshops, putting the skills to practice, along with completing several workbooks and reflection 📚

This took me way out of my comfort zone and opened up a whole new world for me. One that I’m grateful for. Each sound healing event was a delight to plan and a pleasure to deliver. Thank you for your trust, if you journeyed with me 🙏🏼
