A lot of what is offered around “nervous system work” is created and sold by people without formal or regulated clinical training. That is not a criticism. It is simply the reality of who is running many of the businesses in this space, both online and offline.

In that landscape, titles can be self‑assigned. Psychologist is different, it is a legally protected title in Australia, and you can only use it if you meet specific degree, supervision and registration requirements, designed to protect the public and maintain standards of knowledge and practice.

The Integration System is built on 10 years of clinical work with women navigating stress, anxiety and burnout, and over 15 years of training in psychology, including CBT, ACT, EMDR and somatic approaches.

It is not a marketing framework. It is the framework I use to think about the women I work with.

Kinesthetic. Auditory. Olfactory. Tactile. Visual.

Many women notice that their bodies have sensory preferences for how they regulate under stress. Some feel more supported by movement, some by sound, and others by scent, touch, or visual input.

When you understand which senses your body leans on, it becomes easier to reach less for generic advice and more for practices that actually fit your system.

The Regulation Profile Quiz maps your top sensory channels, ranked from strongest to weakest, alongside your current nervous system state over the last two weeks. It takes about five minutes and is free.

Invitation to Align & Elevate is an 8 module, psychologist‑led program for women who hold everything together and feel like they are running on empty.

It is built around an experience many women describe: performing like a professional athlete in career, mental load, caregiving, emotional labour and then recovering like an amateur, collapsing on the couch, scrolling late into the night, and still waking up tired. And its not always by choice. I mean I wish all women had a professional athlete level coach supporting their minds, bodies and nervous systems. But the reality is most women are just coping the best they can with the tools that they have.

Invitation to Align & Elevate is my program created around four interconnected areas, called the Integration System:

- Body Safety (how your nervous system moves between activation and recovery),
- Mind Stories (the thought patterns that keep you stuck)
- Environment and Context (the real conditions of your daily life)
- Relationship to Self (how you speak to and show up for yourself).

Across 8 self‑paced video modules, you move through two phases:

1. Align, where you start with the body and build nervous system capacity, then

2. Elevate, where you work with thoughts, beliefs, and how you related to yourself.

There are weekly 30‑minute live content Q&A calls with me for the first 8 weeks. These are for questions about the material and are not group therapy.

This is for women who can already recognise this pattern in themselves and want a structured way to work across the whole system, rather than patching one part in isolation

🔥Doors open soon, and the waitlist gets first access.

Most nervous system quizzes confirm what you already feel: wired, flat, exhausted, cycling between all three.

The Regulation Profile Quiz does something different. It maps the sensory strategies that may already be helping your body regulate, ranked from your strongest to weakest, alongside your current nervous system state over the last two weeks.

It focuses on what might already be working, not just what feels difficult. This can change what you try next.

It takes about five minutes and is free.

Dysregulation in your body is a symptom. It gives you some really helpful feedback about your environment, relationships and occupation.

You are born with the building blocks of a nervous system, and it is formed over the first several years of life and then conditioned throughout your life.

This means a nervous system is built on the conditions it grows up in.

• A loud house at six.
• Mean "friends" at fourteen.
• The family problem-solver at twenty-nine.

During those times it made sense that your body stayed switched on. The nervous system was doing its job.

But once you change the environment your nervous system is living in, put in boundaries, and only maintain healthy relationships, the body can begin to soften and relax.

The thirty-eight-year-old has laid the foundation and now she just needs to explore what mind and body need to feel safe. This is about integration, not just nervous system regulation. Integration across the body, mind, environment, relationships and relationship with self.

Individual experiences vary. This is psychoeducation, not medical advice, therapy, or crisis support.

The isolation of stress, anxiety, and burnout often makes things worse. You think you are the only one falling apart while everyone else is holding it together.

Over a fifth of Australian women meet criteria for an anxiety disorder in any 12-month period. Women report higher rates of psychological distress than men.

You never know what another woman is carrying. But the stats say it is most likely similar to what you are.

It is not always your body that is the issue. Sometimes it is the environment and context it exists in.

Environment and context refer to the practical reality of your daily life: workload, caregiving responsibilities, financial pressures, the quality of your close relationships, home dynamics, digital use, commute, and the rhythms of your days and weeks.

If the conditions around you keep reactivating your system, the tools and practices you are trying to use are not going to be very effective, especially long-term.

That is why environment and context is one of the four pillars of the Integration System I developed to support women with stress, anxiety and burnout-like exhaustion.

Most self-care advice tells you to calm down, think differently, or fix your routines, all at once, with no clear starting point. The Integration System takes a different approach: body first, then mind, within the context of your environment and relationships. It starts where your mind and body are, not someone else's. It is a system designed to work with your whole self, not a collection of random tips.

✨Comment or DM "INTEGRATION" if you want to learn how to work across your whole system, not just parts of it in isolation.

Women are often sold a "better version" of themselves that exists on the other side of their overwhelm and depletion. So, you picture some dramatic version of calm and content, and a part deep inside of you cackles and tells you, “You must be kidding, we will never be that person," and you know what, they are probably right.

Completely calm and namaste should rarely be a woman's goal. You are a busy woman who has s**t to do. However, it does not mean you have to settle for overwhelmed and depleted forever. Swipe for a more realistic version, and what Revitalise is made to support.
