Our Sydney Metro OT team recently came together for a full day of professional development and connection. With 34+ OTs together in one room, the day was filled with practical learning, collaboration, conversations and plenty of laughs along the way. We loved seeing everyone get involved, from Human Bingo to hands-on sessions and discussions with our presenters and guest speaker. A pretty great way to bring the OT team together!

We’re so excited to launch our mid-year Graduate Program.

Today, 26 graduates including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists commenced our 12-month Graduate Program. Over the coming year they’ll have opportunities to learn, collaborate, ask questions and put their skills into practice. There’s a lot to look forward to, and we’re excited to see where this journey takes them. With more clinicians joining the team, we’re also able to open up more capacity to support participants.

Ellie has embraced plenty of new experiences since completing our 2025 Graduate Program.

Through our outreach services, she’s taken her skills to the skies, flying into Geraldton, Western Australia, to support children and young adults closer to home. Working alongside her Positive Behaviour Support and Speech Pathology teammates, Ellie is part of a multidisciplinary team bringing much-needed services to the local community and making a meaningful difference along the way.

That’s a wrap on our inaugural National PBS Summit!

With more than 1,200 registrations across four sessions, we brought together professionals, educators, families and service providers to learn, ask questions and share experiences – all with a shared focus on strengthening Positive Behaviour Support and achieving better outcomes for the people we support.

Thank you for being part of the conversation and helping make our first National PBS Summit such a meaningful event.
