We're excited to be heading to OT Exchange 2026 and even more excited to be sharing some of the work that is helping shape how we support early career clinicians.

Our Occupational Therapy Team Leader, Grace Walker, will be presenting on "Supervising Through Developmental Frameworks: Enhancing Early Career Clinicians’ Confidence, Capability, and Wellbeing”.

A snap of our Alice Springs outreach team during one of their recent visits to the Northern Territory.

The team travels to Alice Springs every 2–4 weeks to provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Positive Behaviour Support services. Outreach visits are always a great opportunity to reconnect with the communities we support and spend time together as a team.

If you're looking for support in the Alice Springs region, we have immediate availability, learn more here: https://abilityactionaustralia.com.au/remote-and-regional-communities/

The most meaningful support often starts with understanding the person. Every participant has their own goals, preferences, interests and ways of engaging, and person-centred PBS is about recognising those differences and tailoring support accordingly.

We recently received some lovely feedback about our Behaviour Support Practitioner, Shadi, whose thoughtful, person-centred approach is helping participants feel heard, valued and supported.

The first few years in allied health are filled with learning opportunities, new challenges, and rewarding moments that help shape the clinician you'll become. Having access to the right support, mentoring, and guidance can make those experiences feel far less overwhelming.

That's why many clinicians choose to start their careers with registered NDIS providers. Beyond professional development and supervision, they can offer the consistency, structure, and career stability that help clinicians build strong foundations for the future.

Curious about the tangible benefits of a registered NDIS provider? Read more on the blog: https://buff.ly/Reu8SRU
