The first few years in allied health are filled with learning opportunities, new challenges, and rewarding moments that help shape the clinician you'll become. Having access to the right support, mentoring, and guidance can make those experiences feel far less overwhelming.

That's why many clinicians choose to start their careers with registered NDIS providers. Beyond professional development and supervision, they can offer the consistency, structure, and career stability that help clinicians build strong foundations for the future.

Our National Paediatric Clinical Lead, Marie-Eve Dostie, recently presented at the PRECI (Professionals and Researchers in Early Childhood Intervention) Conference alongside leaders and professionals within the early childhood sector. Her session explored how developmental learning frameworks can strengthen clinical supervision processes and support more effective coaching partnerships with families.

Across the conference, themes of participant-centred practice, professional growth, and collaborative learning continued to shape insightful discussions and shared reflections. Thank you to PRECI Chair Denise Luscombe and the wider conference team for delivering such a meaningful event for the sector.
