Hello!!! I’m excited about my upcoming in person event!! Needed to share this with you 🥳💃🏻❤️

Loving the feel of the group gathering…. ‘The Connected Woman Group’. A weekly journey over 10 weeks for those who are ready to move, to dance, to embody, to meditate and integrate all that you are back within and bloody well turn up for your life… being so present and authentic. I’d love to have you join us if you are feeling the pull…. Let’s dance!
Please see the link in bio for tickets. Or DM me.

Looking forward to this gathering.
All my love,
Elise

To those of us who are walking toward the unknown in 'earth school'- I see you. No matter the difficulties we face, we still always have choice.....

I have included at the end a practice that I use to keep trusting and stepping whilst sinking in and really supporting myself as I do this thing we call life right now. I hope this serves in some way.

All my love,
Elise

Women! It’s time to lift the vibe and gain some energy…. The world needs our women, in particular mothers who are so often in overwhelm to gift themselves time to do what lights us up- regularly. No exceptions. The chores, the children, the work will always be there…. You won’t. Enjoy the ride. Do what you love as often as you can. That way there’s more energy for the important things- connection, love, play and turning up in your life. Don’t put it last, put it as a priority. We can make so many other things ‘happen’, let’s do what it takes to support ourselves…. That way we can better support our loved ones, live a more energised and connected life and breathe in the space we create for ourselves 🙏🏻❤️

Practising this myself: “me before chores”. Guess what?- the chores are still getting done!
Sending so much love,
Elise

Stepping into reclaiming who you are isn’t a walk in the park. Your whole being needs to be aligned with this….thoughts, physical practices, resting, and getting support of some kind is vital.
Let’s face it, conditioning or ‘accepted’ ways of being in the world for women also inhibit the freedom of choice- to know there are other ways of being in the world that work best for you….. These simple practices help to free you and enable you to become the amazing authentic woman you were born to be.
Go easy on yourself….
All my love,
Elise

Hello beautiful people! I had this message come through and thought of you all. I hope you are going well through the eclipse season…. May this serve for some insight in some way for you as it has for me 🙏🏻❤️🌀

Message for the day: Stop trying to control truth. Let it be. Truth is a life force linked to your soul that cannot, and will not be changed by your wishing things to be different, akin to the conditioned constructs put before you. Soul lessons are the hidden gems, truth is the key to unlocking your imprisonment of conditioned concepts spanning beyond your one lifetime you are living. Perhaps instead of controlling truth, have the courage to simply face it, to stop running, to stop distracting, to stop numbing…. And turn to face it. The truth is an ally to you in your vibrant, connected and amazing life.

Allowing the body to move is so delicious…. Combine that with working the feminine energy it is one amazing experience….

It can also be:

✅ Transformational

✅ Healing

✅ Freeing

✅ Energising

It’s Remembering that we are NOT our roles, responsibilities and duties we perform… we are much, much more…. 🙏🏻❤️

With love,
Elise

My simple yet effective practice I am doing daily is surrendering to the way my body needs to move. I thought I would share it with you!
Have a beautiful day.
With love,
Elise
