Providence Disability & Ageing Support Services is currently recruiting for the following roles:

1. DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
Community Access & Social Support

We are seeking a caring and reliable support worker who is confident assisting participants within the community.

Requirements:

• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Relevant NDIS worker checks and qualifications
• Compassionate, dependable and confident approach

2. SIL DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
Supported Independent Living

Applicants must have nursing, clinical-care or complex-support experience and be confident assisting participants with:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Health monitoring
• Daily living activities
• Building independence within the home

Relevant NDIS worker checks and qualifications are required.
