My journey has been intense but I could not be happier and grateful for where I am now. I love life and I hope you can be part of my journey! I'm someone who is highly adaptable and I always maintain clarity in my goals, which keeps me motivated and moving forward. I'm deeply committed and disciplined in everything I do, and that helps me achieve my objectives. My happy-go-lucky personality and quirky disposition complement my complimentary and courageous nature. I'm a passionate individual who has a relaxed attitude towards life, which inspires others. My independence allows me to be my true self, and I offer that same space to those around me. My name is Aaron, and my journey has been a testament to the beauty of the human spirit and the incredible power of personal transformation. It all began when I felt an intense longing to better my physical body, but little did I know that it would lead me on a profound journey of self-discovery and love. Losing my father left me feeling utterly lost and adrift in the world. Instead of succumbing to despair, I decided to follow my heart and embark on a journey of self-exploration. I traveled to various corners of the globe, seeking new experiences that would reinvent my life and help me understand myself better. Throughout my travels, I found myself gaining a deep sense of self-confidence and clarity about my identity and the person I aspired to become. I learned the power of forgiveness, allowing myself to let go of the weight of my past and fully embrace the beauty of each present moment. Nature became my sanctuary, and I discovered the healing potential in slowing down and connecting with others on a profound level. As I immersed myself in different cultures and traditions, I came to appreciate the importance of living simply and finding joy in the little things life has to offer. Accepting others for who they are and connecting with my soul's purpose became fundamental in my journey. I learned to master my mind and embrace the wisdom of the universe, finding a profound sense of fulfillment and purpose in the process. One of the most pivotal moments on my journey came when I arrived in Sydney and confronted my biggest fear: death. With courage and grace, I placed myself on the edge of a cliff, embracing the moment fully. It was in that intense moment that I realized the true preciousness of life and the boundless potential that resides within each of us. With newfound appreciation for life and a deep sense of purpose, I dedicated myself to the study of movement and healing. I delved into both Western and Eastern philosophy, seeking to understand the intricate relationship between the physical and psychological aspects of the body and mind. Today, my approach to movement reflects the incredible transformation I've undergone. I combine mind, body, heart, and soul, guiding and assisting others on their own journeys of self-discovery and love. My experiences serve as a living testament to the astonishing power of personal transformation, the enduring beauty of the human spirit, and the limitless potential that lies within the human heart. Welcome To My Practice, Where I Offer A Unique Blend Of Eastern And Western Approaches To Health And Wellness. Having walked my own path of suffering, I traveled to Nepal to study yoga and thai massage, and continued my education with posture restoration online programs and fitness and remedial massage study here in Sydney. Now, I integrate the knowledge gained from both worlds to provide my clients with a holistic approach to wellness. My goal is to help you get out of chronic pain and move towards rehabilitation through a customised plan that includes rehabilitation exercises and fitness or sport performance improvement techniques.

👣 FLAT FEET? LOOK UP THE CHAIN.

Your feet don’t work in isolation.

When the inner arch loses its ability to function well, it can influence movement at the ankle, knee, hip - and potentially all the way up to the lower back.

In this exercise, we’re working to recreate the function of the inner arch, which can help your foot become a more active part of your movement system.

As your foot responds, you may notice changes in how your hip rotates and how the muscles throughout the chain engage.

😊 Try this for just 2–3 minutes.

Then stand up and walk around.

How does your body feel? How does your foot connect to the ground?

Sometimes, changing one part of the chain can change how the whole system moves.

Save this exercise and give it a try. 👣

Nothing in the human body works in isolation, everything is connected through layers of interaction, compensation, and adaptation.

When you start to understand these relationships, movement becomes clearer, posture becomes more intuitive, and long term change becomes possible.

That’s exactly what the 9 Week Alignment Online Program is built on: a structured process to help you reconnect with your body, improve awareness, and restore functional alignment from the inside out.

A single hair can move the whole body.
If we truly understand this principle,
we’ll approach things more holistically in practice,
and in daily life we’ll observe ourselves more carefully.

The spine is central to how the body functions, yet it’s often taken for granted until pain, injury, or stiffness appears. Whether it’s lifting the wrong way or spending hours sitting, compression gradually builds over time, posture declines, and the nerves around the spine experience constant pressure.

As this compression increases, movement becomes restricted, sitting feels uncomfortable, and the body starts compensating just to get through the day. Over time, these patterns can develop into chronic tension and stiffness.

Not all spinal loading is harmful. The spine is designed to handle compression when it’s applied well. When movement mechanics align with the gait cycle, compression strengthens tissue rather than breaking it down.

When the spine is decompressed, circulation improves, posture stabilizes, and movement feels more balanced and natural. This is how the body is meant to move.

Our goal is to help you rebuild the mechanics that support healthy, sustainable movement.

What have you noticed in your spine when you train in different ways?

From Chronic Pain to Peak Performance

Meet Seb, a dedicated rugby player who struggled for years with chronic neck pain. After seeing physios, massage therapists, chiropractors, and even a neurologist, nothing brought lasting relief.

After just one week of working with the tools from my Evoke Movement Program, Seb was finally able to train pain-free and complete a full session without injury, performing stronger and more connected than ever.

It’s incredible what happens when the body learns to move from alignment, not compensation.

2025 Global Recognition Award Winner for Innovation in Movement Therapy

When Massage, Physio, and Chiropractic Stop Helping, Structural Integration Begins!

Evoke Movement has been recognized with a 2025 Global Recognition Award for its innovative approach to movement therapy that changes lives through physical and emotional healing while creating new paradigms in therapeutic wellness practices.

If you’re struggling with brain fog, insomnia, low energy, headaches, or lack of focus, it may be a sign that your body and nervous system are out of alignment.

Or if you’re struggling with ongoing neck, shoulder, hip, or knee pain, it might be time to try a new approach that addresses the root cause, your body’s alignment.

Structural Integration Therapy goes deeper than symptom relief, it helps regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and restore the natural flow of energy through your body.

When your structure is balanced, your mind becomes clearer, your sleep improves, and your energy returns.

If you’ve tried everything else and still don’t feel like yourself, this might be the missing link between your body, mind, and overall vitality.

If you’re feeling lower back pain, tight hamstrings, or noticing an anterior pelvic tilt or rounded shoulders, and conventional exercises haven’t given you the relief or progress you’re looking for. I’d like to invite you to explore my holistic approach.

Sometimes, a movement feels harder than it should, and you start thinking your core is weak, or that you just can’t brace enough. But often, it’s not weakness at all, your body is simply a bit out of sync.

Bracing harder won’t fix it, but finding better alignment will. When your ribs and pelvis line up, strength stops feeling like a fight with your own body.

This movement is a skill your whole body needs to relearn, it can’t just be performed when things are out of sync.

Less bracing. More organizing.
Less gripping. More integration.
Less noise. More connection.
