Strength & Stability Classes
These classes are focused on strength & balance training to improve strength, endurance, stability & mobility for the aging population!
These classes are supervised by an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist! They are run every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11:30am to 12:30pm!
